  • Connected immigrant constituents to appropriate city agencies, services and programs

  • Impacted over 3000 individuals in three boroughs: Queens, Manhattan and Bronx

  • Managed all Spanish correspondence and served as an interpreter at events

Partnering with Jersey City's department of welcoming communities to create & strategize the implementation of a language access portal to create equitable access to vital information for immigrants and non English speakers.

Aided in the revamp of tour design and customer outreach strategy to increase revenue while maintaining sustainable and environmental goals intact. 

2016 - NYC Smoke Free, Public Health Solutions,

Ethnographic research to gain insights as to why target demographic (young male Chinese smokers) was growing. Conducted interviews, synthesized data and produced useful insights/recommendations of how to combat the issue.
